I can actually see results since started taking this. Make sure you take it every day and not with coffee for at least two hours for best absorption! The capsules are medium size and easy to swallow which is a big plus!
ascorbic acid vitamin C can be hard on the gut (like a lot), but this has shown to be quite a nice alternative.
