Valerian root really helps me unwind and fall asleep faster. It’s gentle but effective, especially on restless nights. No grogginess in the morning, though it does have a strong smell. A solid natural option for better sleep.
I started taking this valerian about a year ago, due to edginess I had noticed due to peri-menopause. Some say it makes them sleepy; I don't find that at all. It helps me be my more even-keeled self. I was wondering if it was really giving me any benefit, until I tried NOT taking it for a week or two... and I definitely noticed the difference. Great quality product; highly recommend!
