I bought this, because I was exposed to mold. I had some wheezing and coughing. It stopped the wheezing and coughing. Originally I had another brand that was stronger. I take two of these at a time. I usually take them once a day. Sometimes supplements take weeks or longer to work. I noticed a difference after a few days. I don't have that problem now. I still take these. Everyone is different. It might depend on what a person is taking it for. I like that this brand is non gmo. These are easy to swallow. It is really good respiratory problems. This is for other other problems too, like earaches, colds, and gastritis.

I love Mullein! This brand is affordable and doesn’t have fillers or nasty ingredients. Every time somebody in my family gets the flu, I’d get them to take mullein starting on the 2nd day. I’d triple the dosage => 3 caps in the morning and the same again in the evening. And they all end up with barely any nasty lingering phlegmy cough or itchy throat. Usually they’ll only cough out the phlegm in the morning… AND THATS IT for the whole day!! Their flus would be over within 10 days!! So now I have mullein in stock for this all the time!

On theory I have asthma that is well under control. However, plain theophyline is something I depend on. The Mullein can obviate the need for many days in a row that the Theophyline is not needed. Although I do continue the Budesonide daily, the reduction of theophylline make Solary a winner in a simple, easy to take capsule. I have purchased this twice and will continue to do so.
