Taking it instead of tagamet for stomach acid. Seems to cut down on stomach discomfort. As it dissolves, it can have a burning sensation if not taken with a large glass of water. Also think that it acts as a mild anti-inflammatory for the pain in my hip. ( Yoga works best for hip)

Really glad that I could find this product! It is difficult to find organic ginger, just plain without other added ingredients, at such a good price. I called the company about the CA warning & they said that it was merely some kind of technicality, that they were required to put it on because of the state, most other products could have that warning if made in CA, & that it was nothing to worry about.

I use ginger daily for it's many benefits.
