I don't know why this brand works so much better than others I have tried but it does. I have made some dietary changes under the recommendations of a doc. Switched to raw milk dairy--milk, butter and yoghurt--and grass fed beef. I eat ground chia seeds in fresh juice made in the juicer and eat raw nuts and lots more vegetables. And I cut way down on my supplements since my diet has improved. But am convinced that magnesium is still one that I need to take. This brand seems to be easy on the stomach and do the trick. Yes less achy in the joints and less nervous when I take this stuff. I think the balance of Magnesium and Potassium is balanced in this formula. (Was this review of use to you?
