My husband and I are having trouble getting magnesium into our systems due to years of high dose synthetic vitamin D3 supplementation (overdose). It has caused severely high blood calcium and iron overload in the tissues and liver. This makes the body extremely deficient in magnesium and potassium. So, we have tried a number of types/formulations of magnesium. This one seems to be more absorbable and digestible than others we have tried. This form also seems to be more calming for me for my anxiety issues; glyconate forms of magnesium actually had increased my anxiety. Using this as one of the types we have settled upon has helped us slowly increase the amount of magnesium we can take in.

I can tell you it helps alleviate alot of the symptoms in my stomach. Took this to help regulate my IBS and it works wonders. I take two every night and have no problems in the morning. Orotate form of magnesium is far more absorbable by the body than other forms of magnesium. If there is any problem absorbing magnesium (like I have) I suggest to try this type. It seems like I sleep better and my blood pressure stays lower. A reasonably calming form of magnesium, that does not interfere with my energy level the next day. I am really happy with this product. good ingredient and price quite cheap magnesium orotate available here quality is good, for my heart cell if 100 mg per cap would be better and lesser cap to swallow overall i like it
