My husband and I have taken the B 12 for years. We like how we just place it under our tongues and it melts quickly. Plus it tastes good! The quality of the product is good because the brand is KAL, which has been around a long time. So we trust the ingredient(s) are safe.

This quick dissolvable under the tongue B12 vitamin has worked well for me as I cannot absorb B12 in my stomach. The flavor is perfect. My blood results and doctor are very pleased. I don't have to take B12 injections anymore.
