top quality, this is hands down the best brand I've used. no wierd dreams, no morning grogyness, I've tried at least 5 different brands over the years. Even my mom tried it after having trouble with melatonin and loved it. she needs to reduce to 1.5/2mg per dose otherwise it's hard for her to get up, i guess its based on weight mass. but wow i love it.

It was a good product. The size of the capsule was easy enough to swallow. I have seen smaller as well as bigger capsules for other products. This was a moderately-sized capsule.
