PS, 60 Softgels

I tried another PS product that had only the serine form, and that did nothing. I switched to MRM PS to see if the 4 forms of phospholipids would help, and in my case it did.

I keep buying this brand because it has a combination of phosphatidyl choline and serine. Both of which I need for stress and liver function. It is also reasonably priced

I like that they use large capsules and that they declare a full list of phospholipids and not just phosphatidylserine. But they also use soy instead of sunflower or rapeseed, which I dislike.

After reading a good deal about the ingredients, this is one of the better products offering the variations. I think this is vital to maintaining a healthy brain and staying healthy for older adults as well. MRM has several products that use the best extractions from best locations and is always very well priced.

I I love this supplement as it contains both phosphatidylcholine (PC) and phosphatidylserine (PS). I take two per day and have found the quality and ingredient combination to be excellent. I have ADHD, PMDD, and CPTSD, so I’m particularly interested in support for cognitive function and stress regulation. The phosphatidylserine seems especially helpful for focus and managing stress, while the inclusion of phosphatidylcholine makes this a well-rounded formula for cell health and lowering inflammation. There’s also a growing body of research around phospholipids. Some studies suggest that PS and PC (particularly in liposomal form) may help reduce neuroinflammation, which could explain why I’ve noticed benefits for both my PMDD symptoms and stress/cortisol levels especially as chronic stress and trauma are often linked to inflammation. I appreciate that both ingredients are combined into one supplement at an effective dosage; which means fewer tablets to take overall. The capsules are medium-sized but easy to swallow, with no noticeable taste or smell. It is on the pricier side, yes, but considering I would otherwise need to purchase PS and PC separately, the cost feels justified.

I usually by Phosphatidyl Serine by Jarrow but it has become prohibitively expensive. I decided to give this one a try and I liked the mix of Phospholipids. It's a largish size gel capsule but it can be swallowed fine. Should be taken with other fats.
