The taste is exactly like gummy bears. There are peach strawberry and berry and all are great. I have to restrain myself because it’s like candy! I’ve tried many multi vitamin gummies and they’re often too chewy or a bad aftertaste but this one is 5 star it’s the same as a sweet gummy bear. You can’t taste any fibre or additives. Taste is good :) and it does help to increase bowel movement. Very important is to hydrate enough, otherwise it can cause constipation.

These fober gummies are perfect for making it easier to stick to a diet, almost like a small treat, and you dont wanna overeat because of portion size. and it improves gut health most importantly!

it works really good it helped fix my constipation, it tastes fine, but you have to really CHEW so if you have teeth issues please consider that you have to chew really well it doesn't melt in your mouth
