Seems to be high quality, feel that my digestion has improved and I have fewer acne. Dk much about the ingredients, but seems to have a lot of benefits. Small size though and expensive. Supplements were used for 1 month. Nice glass packaging. Not sure about absorption and etc, tastes like nothing
