You can taste some fish oil pills later and these you do not which I appreciate. They are easy to swallow even though they are a larger pill. I have some hair regrowth above the sides of my forehead since I started taking these and I’m wondering if this could be why.

Seems excellent in every way but one, the gel caps are made with gelatin (from beef)—so not for vegans, vegetarians and others who want their beef to be sustainably raised without various issues. Otherwise relatively clean ingredients and verified quality, made from small fish so relatively sustainable, plastic package, all three omegas and no taste.
