I’ve taken Nordic Naturals Pro Omega before these. They work great but I wanted to try these since EPA helps more with healthy mood and inflammation. I was taking 3 capsules instead of the 2 dose on the bottle. Since taking these I have noticed practically non existent stomach anxiety I used to have, and improved mood. Also I’ve noticed much less endometriosis pain so I think it really does help with inflammation. To me it’s worth the price tag. I do wish it had more DHA in it because it may be too low a dose during pregnancy, and the EPA too high during pregnancy if I were to keep taking the 3. I’m switching back to the regular Nordic Naturals Omegas for a better balance between the EPA and DHA, but I think I will be switching back to this one once I’m no longer pregnant.

This high EPA fish oil is the best fish oil for reduce my TR and increase HDL, that improve my bad heart condition. I strong recomand those who have the same high TR & low HDL condition's people can serve with this fish oil. Also, it is more cheaper than other brand oil.
