I am really impressed with this product... It definitely has the desired affect. Point of note, 1. You need to look at your body state before you decide dose. For me, I am 80KG, 4 tablets had my heart pounding most of the night but two tablets work really well. 2. You need to have low BF% for vascularity... If you are above 15% forget this and do some cardio.... 3. Its designed for short term use, like 4 weeks. Don't overdo it.

As pricey as it is, I didnt feel any caffeine kick and pumps were not so prevalent. May try again in the future to see what happens. But for now, taking a break from this.

I do not take this every day, but if I want to get over my plateau. I stack this with Superpump. Amazing blood flow is great for getting a psychological edge over your PR max lifts. Your mood is positive, and you feel good and healthy if taken correctly. However, a supplement is strong and used only when mentally preparing to lift heavy. It is pointless to take this if you are lifting a low-intensity or hypertrophy phase type cycle.

This really made a difference to my gym routine. I noticed an immediate effect when taken correctly, which is about 20 to 30 minutes before the gym. I also supplement this with L-Arginine.
