I drank the whole jar, not a single kilogram was lost. The taste is interesting, but the pineapple is felt only by the smell. I don’t know what to say about the benefits, after three days the stomach starts to bloat, you start passing gas and running to the toilet. The jar is not small, so it lasted me about 1 month. In general, I can’t definitely evaluate the quality and benefits of the product.
