Love that this gluten free pasta not only taste good but also still has the normal pasta consistency not like some others that have a non pasta texture. I use it just like the pastas with gluten in all my recipes. Great quality pasta!

Gluten free pasta that tastes good and made with rice and lentils. The texture is that of regular pasta when cooking directions are followed. (I’ve had unpalatable results because I did not follow cooking time and temperature). This is delicious when served with a favorite sauce or butter. The price is very good for such quality.
