i've used this because of my headaches, and it helped a little. Not all of my headaches were gone, but weren't strong anymore and for me that's a plus. I see that this product is discontinued.
Not sure if this was the cause but i haven't had a headache in years and the morning i took these i went to exercise and i experience headache/migraine and blurred vision for hours afterwards. I will test again another time to make sure if it wasn't due to over training. I will edit or leave another review in future if i try again in future. Maybe it was a bad batch but i also hear this lake is toxic lately.
