I would only ever purchase a whole food vitamin C. This one has good ingredients and a good amount of vitamin C. Synthetic vitamin C ascorbic acid is man made and a tiny fraction of the whole vitamin C complex which does not get recognised and utilised by the body.
I have stomach issues and have to be careful about anything acid. And I have to avoid calcium (the best way to buffer vitamin c). So, a plant-based vitamin c is a win for me. So happy to find it. And my stomach is pleased as well!
Two ways to get Vitamin C the best way; 1- by taking this plant base vitamin C the best I could find (this is my third order) immunity booster, very good for low immune system passionate. 2- Liposomal Vitamin C if you want to go for well absorbed chemicals. But I prefer the all natural one, thanks to Vibrant Health.
so here is the thing, somtimes I just dont get enough from my food, and feel like a need a little boost of a supplement. I feel like this one is really good and really important. the quality of the ingredients is great, and so is the size if the package. could really feel the benefits of it.

Great combination of natural vitamin C and other antioxidants. After a lot of looking around this is the best formulation I found, though it is a lot more expensive than straight camu camu.
Great Product I love knowing this vitamin C is top quality I also love that it is second best to intravenous C. It's important for building the immune system, price point is good, I will never be without Vitamin C
