Used it every time I went workout. Feel a little bit sticky when first applied but it will go quickly. I finished 1 pot but the result was not really clear 😕
Interesting product. When I first apply there isn’t any feeling but after a while you can feel a slight tingling. If your workout is intense, there will be a bit of a burn which makes it feel great! I use this with the slimming belt for more efficiency. I hope I get to see more effects (inches lost) soon!!
I used them with wrap the area with the gym sweat straps in plastic , and I sweat more than usual
