Having trouble with keeping b-12 in my body, and all the attendant ills that go with it. I have tried numerous supplements, after my new doctor refused to prescribe shots, and still struggled. I am a huge fan of MedgFood. Most of my supplements (probiotic, magnesium, digestive enzymes). The addition of food makes them easy to digest and does not upset the stomach.

I typically do not take a lot of supplements myself, however the family loves to take and got this to give them a better option. Many B12 supplements are created poorly from poor raw materials. This is an excellent option! Take one every week and you meet your daily requirement.

I love this brand as it is a quality product with clean ingredients. The size is perfect and lasted me a decent amount of time and the price was reasonable. There is no taste and there is no niacin flush. It is packaged well and comes in an amber glass bottle. I chose this as it was methylated. I wouldn't say that I noticed any effect, but then again I do not notice that with any supplements generally. I never expect immediate results but choose supplements based on long term benefits.

Pure simple and understandable ingredients, glass package, no specific smell or taste. The effect will come if nutrition is wealthy and other maintaining measures are taken.
