Dr davis recommends this, L reuteri and Gasseri for SIBO. it is a good supplement and it seems good quality. I try to buy all my three probiotics on sale to keep it sustainable for me with costs. I have lost weight on this and have less gut issues and less stomsch pain, less diarrhea etc but am taking three probiotics in tandem. please give a thumbs up

Use more than 3 months now and my digestive is improving. No more constipation. Maybe better in nutrition absorption. Packages Okay when arrived Thailand not long wait, suitable ingredients and capsule size. Worth the price. Good quality. Supplement that everybody should have. I took this together with L Reuteri and BNR 17 for gut health and SIBO. It helps a lot. I stopped it for a while and realised my gut health is not as good as when I was taking it. Hence I am adding this back to my diet again.

Actually i was researching about the rheumatoid arthritis and discovered that people having this diseases are lack of the bacteria which you can find in this supplement. My arthritis just started and it's not too hard but i plan to take it from time to time to avoid the inflammation in the joints.

I took this together with L reuteri and BNR 17 for SIBO. It seems to help in the longer term. While I can feel the effect. of L Reuteri and BNR 17 more, it does make sense to add this to colonies intestine. Good quality ingredients always from Dr's best!
