I have had swallon sore joints for about 3-4 years and have tried countless medications including natural ones and nothing has worked. I take 2 tabs of Boswellia plus frankincense oil and use frankincense oil mixed in with coconut oil and rub on my joints. I started to notice a difference after taking this for a week & a half. I was in pain 24/7 and having days where my joints were so sore I could hardly move. Since using these two the swelling has gone down in my fingers, knuckles, wrist, feet and knees. Although there is still pain there, its not as intense. Even the liquid pockets that made my fingers look deformed are starting to go down which is amazing. Life is getting better everyday now. I started g taking this immediately after receiving them, my dosage is 1 per night, and their benefit for me has been that they have made me feel alive and energetic, don't produce any after taste, easy to swallow capsule as it's small in size. I chose this product as its may ingredient, frankincense, is an anti carcergenic. I think this formulation is of good quality and its presentation is calm and reassuringy.
