I remember taking this awhile back but I stopped for some reason and switched to something else. I’ve decided to give this another whirl now. I started taking black cumin seed oil at the same time so I can’t tell if I feel less achy and stiff in the morning because of this … or because it’s a combination of both. Dr Berg mentioned that cod liver oil is the best source of omega three and so I’m taking this to reduce inflammation in the body and for all the other things that come with age. The lemony flavour does mask the fishy burps so thank goodness for that. With the sale and the extra little bottle for free it’s a great buy.
