This brand has been reliable and trustworthy in that I find the supplements are effective so far. The ingredients seem to work well for anxiety, sleep, and relaxation. I take 3 although the dose is 1, I have a higher stress level than most ppl, so it takes more to feel any of these types of supplements, it's not just this one or that it's not strong enough. It's beneficial for relaxing and after long days at work or when you have had too much coffee! I feel as though this random and the quality of this supplement has been impressive. Not sure about the taste as this is a supplement. I'm not opening it to taste it, so not sure why iherb lists taste as part of the review process.

i tookthis for anxiety and sleep, it's good, but ashwagandha is still better
my dosage is 2 every morning. i feel so relaxed and good in my body and brain. it also helped a lot paired with valerian root with my exam stress. the ingredients are well and there is no taste. i love this product and combine it with panax ginseng every morning. size of pills are normal.
Very happy with this as it adds to my sleep support. It works well and seems to be excellent quality. I take 1 before bed with 3 other supplements.
I used this product daily before bed but started to notice I was getting a bit depressed during the day. I’m not sure if this is directly related but I would be careful with this supplement if you are predisposed to depression. I do see it is recommended for alleviating those symptoms but for me it was the opposite. I don’t notice any significant improvement in sleep with this
