I would prefer a high dose capsule. I use this for energy, and 1 or 2 just wasn't cutting it - so today I opened 3 capsules and added to water with 3 capsules of Ginkgo and some stevia - 8 hours later I'm still energetic.

This is good quality supplement, letting me get focus and energy from ginseng as i need but still being able to sleep at night. I take with rhodiola and its great. Benefits extend to cognitive and stress making me feel better wanting to do something. Couldnt tell if it increased imminity but overall good supplement for morning
