Biotin, 2,500 mcg, 120 Veggie Softgels

some time ago I started to see a lot of hairs in my bathtub. My doctor told me to take biotin. I bought several biotin but none of them convinced me. So I checked to see if this brand had biotics and to my surprise it did. I have been using this brand for a long time and it is amazing. Their products are fresh, the ingredients are of good quality. This biotin has coconut oil and it goes down well with my stomach. It is the best.

That said, results aren’t instant—you need consistency and patience. Also, if your hair or nail issues are caused by stress, diet, or medical conditions, biotin alone won’t be a magic fix. It works best as part of a balanced routine.

I love Sports Research and try to buy softgels just because it’s so much easier to digest compared to capsules. I love that it comes in a 2,500 mcg and about 120 softgels which should last me awhile. Their ingredients are very simple without all the added additives & chemicals. DEFINITELY part of my daily supplement routine for hair, skins & nails.

I found the dosage appropriate per capsule, meaning no need to take more than one! The black plastic bottle is lightweight, and a 4-month supply is perfect to ensure product quality.

I love that the capsules are so small and delightful to take. I take it to improve my hair, skin and nails. Excellent quality supplement. I started off taking Sports Research’s lutein and really love it. Each capsule is small and easy ti swallow and contains 2500mcg, just sufficient for daily intake.

I love this supplement because it is so effective at strengthening my nails. I was taking a balanced calcium-magnesium supplement for decades before adding this to my supplement routine and found that it strengthened my nails considerably. I love that the biotin is in an organic coconut oil base rather than in an animal base and has no extraneous or artificial ingredients.
