i’m going to be honest the pills are so cute, but you don’t take supplements because they look cute. you want an effect from it. i liked the novel mechanism of bacteriophages but based off the science i can’t justify purchasing this again. the benefit is that i didn’t find any harm to taking this. but it would have been nice if it improved some gastrointestinal symptoms
