This really helps my sleep. I mix it in a Poppi or seltzer. At first I was unsure how well it was working but then I forgot to drink it for a few weeks and I could really tell a difference. I take just 1 tsp also to help it last a little longer.
This is a great combination of relaxing and sleep quality-enhancing ingredients. Plus, you can adjust the dose to your needs and liking! Very easy to mix and has a nice sour berry taste. Not the cheapest one out there, but definitely a winner among similar products (and I tried quite a few).
Our family loves this. We use it for our 10 and 12 year old as well, I usually half the dose. It's berry flavor but reminds me of grape. It reccomends drinking it warm, which I thought was weird, but I prefer it now. It does fizz up so watch out! Having more then just Melatonin really helps with a good night rest.
This is a pretty great magnesium powder. I love that it's a loose powder because I can use measuring spoons to control exactly how much I take, meaning I can get a lot more out of the container. Helps a lot with winding down.
