Took this for a little over a month, but I didn’t really notice that much of a difference as I didn’t have any gut issues to begin with, but I was going to take a multivitamin for some other vitamin deficiencies that I had and both zinc and iron caused me to be nauseous. That’s why I bought this, but I didn’t see that it’s made any improvement to my nausea whether I took it or not so I stopped using it and gave the remaining almost 15 capsules to my sister. If you do have any gut issues, I would suggest you try it as it didn’t cause me any harm and the size for the price is decent
