I know about the benefits of glutamine and this is certainly a great brand. I do love their Creatine and Proteine powders. Nevertheless I decided I do not need Glutamine anymore. There are plenty of other things I am taking and Glutamine is not necessary for me.

Used this supplement as a part of my diet and fitness plan. There is a scoop in the tub, which is helpful. One scoop contains 5 gram of L-Glutamine. The taste is barely there, I was taking it mixed with water. The package is a large tub so for sure you need kitchen counter space but the benefits outweigh the costs.
