So far so good. As with most supplements, reviews are difficult on efficacy, but they came packaged well, the size was as expected, no funny smells
this is a superior supplement for ibs. most brands of acidophilus are much stronger and can give your stomach the "flip flops", this one is just right. one capsule before breakfast, taken with half a glass of water mixed with acacia powder and aloe vera juice keeps my symptoms at bay. additionally, iherb noted that this item had an expiration of sept. 2024, was delighted to find it didn't expire until 2025!
I recommend this to all my clients! As a Naturopath and RN, I find it to be effective, health and cost wise. I was told, when I called iHerb, this is kept cold and ships cold. Make sure you ask them before ordering. I hope they continue their QC but after my last order, I’m doubting it!

I’ve been trying the Futurebiotics Longest Living Acidophilus+ and honestly, I like it. It’s vegetarian, dairy-free, and shelf-stable, so I don’t have to worry about keeping it in the fridge. Each capsule has a mix of probiotics like acidophilus, rhamnosus, bifidobacterium, and Bacillus coagulans, and it feels pretty gentle on my stomach. I noticed less bloating and my digestion feels more regular after taking it consistently. It’s not a super high-potency probiotic, so if you’re looking for something really strong for major gut issues, this might not be enough, but for everyday support it works well.
