I really love Boiron Jet Lag Relief Meltaway Pellets! They dissolve quickly and are easy to take, making them perfect for travel. I noticed a significant reduction in my jet lag symptoms, helping me adjust to new time zones more smoothly. The natural ingredients are a bonus, and I didn’t experience any side effects.
We used Jet Lag Relief as a homeopathic alternative on a trip from the United States to Europe. What a difference it made! We followed the directions on when to take it. After a 12 hour red-eye flight, the impacts of jet lag were significantly lessened. Be careful with the packaging - the bottle lids are a little tricky. We'll definitely use them again for travel.

I was traveling abroad twice and as I didn't have the ability to book a sleeper chair, it meant staying up all night and rolling into my trips on little to no relaxation. Enter Jet Lag Relief - started these the day before my travel up through two days after my arrival abroad. The seemed to help with a lot of the jet lag symptoms (bloating, energy, muscle pain, stiffness). Paired with compression socks, this was a good fit for my travels. Highly recommend - just remember to start taking them a day before traveling!!
