Absolutely LOVE Boiron, and these pellets work wonders for leg cramps and for legs that are just sore and tired. Quality is supposed to be good, but I don't like that they tell you to take 5 pellets!! Bottle doesn't last long making this an expensive therapy. I've been taking "cell salts" for a long time. This brand seems to be the one mostly available these days but not sure if really does the job. Best 20-30 min away from food.. still not sure about this brand
