Have been using this product for a while as it helps me relax and makes me sleepy when I really need it, and I take 1 capsule 1hr or 2 before bed. While I do not use it often, I keep it around. The quality has not been changed for the last couple of bottles I’ve bought over the years. It has some scent from the ingredients, but it does not bother me. Love the fact that it’s in veg cap.
