These have overall a good strawberry taste and smell, but there is a hint of something odd to both, like the strong strawberry flavor and scent are used to cover up something less pleasant. Strawberry is very overpowering, but one can still taste and smell the hints of that weird “something”, not sure how to explain, as I can’t identify what it is. Also, it is a bit had to fall asleep after taking these, so I will be switching to half a gummy per day.
Nordic CoQ10 has a very sweet flavor. I only take one per day and it is hard to get through the sweet taste( which I assume is for covering up the taste of other ingredients). I take it for the CoQ10 benefits and for the quality that Nordic Naturals is known for.

I've only been taking for a week, I haven't noticed much effect other than one time I had heart palpitations but idk if it was the Coq10. I will update after I've even taking them longer.
