this is my go-to for sublingual b12... not only do i find them very effective in helping me with my energy levels, they also successfully helped to get rid of some rather extreme symptoms of b12 deficiency... and to top it of they 1. taste really good, and 2. they *completely* dissolve when you take one (a couple of other brands i tried left you with a tasteless blob of cellulose(?) at the end that had no intent of dissolving any time soon... so, double-win there :)

I specifically purchased these as an alternative to Bulletproof B12, to see how my system would cope with them. They have been just as good, and I'm happy to have a couple of brands to choose for B12 now.

Tasty way to take your B12 size is small and taste is very pleasant.
