Fermented Chaga Mushrooms, 60 VegCaps (500 mg per Capsule)

Eat a banana before taking this and any mushroom mycelium-- it helps digest the mycelium because bananas contain the chitanase enzyme. Avacados and papaya have the same digestive enzyme also.

The price is cheaper than in stores in my country and other webstore deals. I believe it works good, but if you do some research about the chaga nutrition process you may find some information whether those, and other products really are of quality. 1 gram of chaga powder may contain very less of the working antioxidants and bioactive contents that the mushroom offers. The product only states how much chaga powder there is. I found information regarding markering and it states that if a product doesn't mention anything else than how much chaga it probably hasn't gone through the proper water and alcohol extraction process. It is hard to say whether it is a good product because of this. Search it up for a better explanation. Like me you probably want a quality product with the super effect it promises.

● Brand Features: Solaray, founded in 1973, is known for its high-quality, plant-based supplements. This fermented chaga is vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, and designed for enhanced bioavailability. ● My Thoughts: This feels like a gentle forest breeze for my immune system. I take it at night, and it gives me a sense of balance and quiet strength the next morning. There’s no mushroomy aftertaste, just clarity and calm. A lovely support during seasonal transitions or when I feel a little off. 🌲✨

I am always taking one type of the noble mushrooms. Chaga has so many health benefits. I always feel better when I take them. I am a big fan of the Solaray fermented mushrooms because they are more easily absorbed into the body. With the price you pay for Chaga you want to get the best possible results. I buy multiple bottles when IHerb has them on sale. Great product.

Ingredients wise it’s good, package is good, and size is big enough. This mushroom should have an amazing effect on immunity, so don’t use it if pregnant. But was a bit disappointed that it’s not that dark as I always was taking so not sure about the quality of the mushroom itself

I recommend that anybody have stomach problems to start using it.

i like this chaga, quality and price, it is easily digestable and absorbable
