I purchased this enzyme to support long COVID recovery. I didn’t get stomach upset for this. The dosage is low enough that you can build up. It’s helped me tremendously with inflammation. It does not have taste and the size is very economical. The ingredients are quality and overall this supplement has great benefits. Definitely give it a shot.

I take Serrapeptase twice daily as part of my routine to keep my endometriosis manageable. I’ve tried several other brands through the years but non have worked as well as Solaray. So many great benefits in one conveniently sized easy to swallow capsule. It has zero taste or smell.

i got this in the hope of helping my endometriosis syndrome but did not manage to take this product religiously to really see any effect. however, the size and dosage seems to be good. I will get back to this supplement soon, thank God for the long Expiry. hope it helps.. no after taste
I have started using them for joint pain. its too early to tell if they work. The quality seems good. one cap. a day is convenient. It arrived well on time.
