Glutathione dosage is low so I have taken nearly 4 tablets not 1 as it is recommended. The best form of glutathione is liposomal but it usually test not so good and also it is not cheap That is why I have purchased this one. It is also good as it melts in your mouth so I hope it has better absorption than usual tablets. Also, this one has good taste. Glutathione is very important in detox so I also gave it to my parents.

I've read plenty about the benefits of Glutathione so thought I would give it a go. I'm not too sure what it did for me I must be honest. It might be that he dosage on this was low (25mg) and many studies have shown results with 150mg or more. Although just to flag the bottle on this says 1 chewable per day!
