This is my favorite whole food multivitamin supplement. The berry flavor is great, they are organic, the women's formula is specific for my age group and the quality of the ingredients is fantastic. They are an easy size to chew, even when taking four at once daily. They really help make up for dietary deficiencies for me and are loaded with good stuff and antioxidants.

Comparing to other gummies these feels healthier. It is not sweet. All the ingredients seems healthy. Lots of fruits and not made with sugar. Size of gummy is just right, but we have to take 4 which is a lot i feel. I do feel a light difference after taking. My age is 42 years old. Quality is superior. I am now taking this on a daily basis. Potency is great. Package arrived neatly packed. Effect it has on me is good. Taste nice.

I can't say enough about these vitamins. Normally multivitamins make me nauseous. I have to take them with a lot of food or my body rejects it. With these I can take them whenever with our without food, doesn't make a difference. They taste incredible too! Highly recommended

Great tasting gummies, with over 30 varieties of organic fruits and vegetables to make up for the lack of microbiome diversity from the surrounding local markets. I usually prefer fermented multivitamin options but do keep this one in the cabinet for rotational purposes. That's just me probably, but I like the relatively lower content per gummy (4 gummies per serving) so that I can better control my intake when I mix with other vitamins. Love it!
