Pomegranate Fruit Extract, 30 Vegetarian Capsules

I’ve been using this supplement continuously to support my microbiome, specifically the akkermansia bacteria that I’m deficient in, but which is crucial to my health and wellbeing. It’s easy to take, great value for money and a trusted brand with high quality and tested ingredients. Pomegranate seeds are great for supporting digestion and are a superfood, just like the pomegranate itself.

I bought this particular product after reading a double blind randomised controlled study on the effects of pomegranate extract on human skin using this specific product. I’ve taken it for 3 weeks, it’s still too early to tell ay difference if at all on my skin. I’m looking to reduce fine lines, and general lack of elasticity. No negative side effects to report so far, polyphenols absorb better with fats so I take it with a little extra virgin olive oil first thing in the morning.

This supplement is packed with antioxidants, and I’ve noticed improved energy and a subtle glow in my skin. The capsules are easy to take, with no aftertaste, and I trust Life Extension’s high-quality standards. It’s a great addition to my wellness routine, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking to boost their antioxidant intake and improving vascular health.

Life Extension Pomegranate Fruit Extract is a trusted, high‑quality supplement that condenses the antioxidant power of pomegranate into a daily capsule. It’s especially valued for heart health, anti‑aging, and convenience, making it a strong choice for those seeking natural polyphenol support.

I've been taking this pomegranate extract for a few months to boost my antioxidant intake, and I've really noticed a difference in my skin's radiance and overall vitality. I love that it's a concentrated, standardized extract, so I know I'm getting a consistent dose of beneficial polyphenols. The vegetarian capsules are easy to swallow, and I trust Life Extension for their science-backed, high-quality formulations. It's become a simple, effective part of my daily wellness routine.

I've had pomegranate products before and I know about the benefits, I wanted to try this one as it has a high punicalagin content. Did not feel a major difference from other pomegranate products. If you haven't tried similar products than it may be a good choice, but for me it felt that the added cost of high punicalagins was not worth it.

Quality and ingredients are great. Lots and lots of benefits I felt. Package came unaffected and organized. Size can last a long while for one person usage.

I’ve been taking this supplement for a while. The quality seems good, and it’s easy to take with no noticeable side effects. I haven’t seen dramatic results yet, but everyone’s body is different. Overall, it’s a decent, reliable option for general health support.
