Vitamin B2, Sustained Release, 250 mg, 60 Tablets

I take about 400 mg daily to manage migraines. Most pills have 100 mg and I would need 4 daily. I tried another brand which had 400mg but that didnt work as good. I need a dose spread over the day. These pills have 250mg and I take 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. It works good. My migraines are not gone bute a lot less than it use to be. And I love it that I only have to take 2 tasteless pills a day. Good package and it arrived really fast in the Netherlands!

Really helps. I was already taking vitamin B2 but it would make me too sleepy in the morning or help me go to sleep at night then I would wake a few hours later because it had cycled out of my system. Now I take one of these morning and night and add additional as needed

I have autoimmune gastritis so its very difficult to find supplements that dont cause discomfort. These were easy to take due to the small size and didn't create any problems digestive wise. No taste or after taste. It will however change the color of your urine. Highly recommended!
