Bought this smaller bottle for a friend who hasn't tried it before. The 240 caps one is cheaper if available. I have been buying these enzyme based capsules for a few times now after my sister recommended it to me. The ingredients composition benefitted my stomach which sometimes bloated after eating certain items I'm not supposed to eat at this age. The capsules are of good quality, and have no weird taste. I will buy more when I'm done with the one I have.

This is the best enzyme composition for the family. I am on a fat-loaded ketogenic diet, my kid has a gluten intolerance, and my husband feels bloated after too protein-heavy meals. have not seen significant improvements in my ibs d...but i m waiting....to see it's results in coming future....i m trying now betain hcl along with it....hope all these make improvements in my symptoms very soon....and i m also trying various heebal formulation for ibs d.....such as grapefruit seed extracts and more....hope all these impact on my ibs d very well....now digest ultimate is one of the best digestive enzymes available in market....along with itbi m also trying artichoke extracts and more things like that so that itbwill help my ibs d symptom.... probiotics are need to be continued with all these suppliments.... betain hcl is far better than apple cider vinegar for increasing stomach acid in our gut...and health

With these enzymes by my meal I have less to no pain at all in my belly. I used to have a lot of pain after most of the meals. Due to stress and irritable bowel. So my digestion is much improved and it has a great quality. It's really nice that it's vegan and I like that it is in capsules (so no taste), I can buy it in big quantities. Especially since I use it twice a day, with lunch and dinner, when I usually have the most problems. Thanks a lot!
