Vegetable and plant food digestion has become more difficult in recent years so I went exploring to find a solution. This is the only enzyme blend that makes a difference. I guess it is thanks to ALPHA-GALACTOSIDASE. It’s convenient that it also contains lactase to help with lactosis intolerance. The package is too big. I benefit a lot from it. Less bloating after eating foods containing GOS, like beans etc.

This is a great help if you experience symptoms from eating fodmaps. For me my symptoms are not gone but I definitely notice a big positive difference.

Probably the best one I've tried yet. Has all the necessary enzymes for good digestion for vegan and vegetarians. This company has high quality enzymes. I started taking two per day, now only need one. I can eat a lot more food in general by taking this product. Well worth the $$.

While most of us feel compelled to consume vegetables "because they are healthy", there is also evidence to support that fiber and other compounds in vegetables are not so human-friendly, especially if you have a sensitive or inflamed stomach or colon. Personally, I steer clear of high-fiber, gas-producing vegetables and more often than not I use VeggieGest when consuming even (theoretically) "safer" veggies such as carrots, squash, zucchini etc. Not sure it works, but I see it as an "insurance policy" when consuming "fiber-containing" foods. Enzynedica also carries Bean Assist for the brave who consume beans.

This type of enzyme works for me on all my meals. I tried different types of this brand for different food and its complicated. Because all my meals include mix of everything. Now I take VeggieGest with every meal and it helps with my digestion. No overthinking and less cost. Very pleased with the quality.

I can't vouch for the cleanness of the ingredients or for the manufacturing process, but I do know they help with my digestive issues and it's hard to find enzymes without probiotics, which is what I need. So, I appreciate that I can get these.

It's a good supplement. I really liked the effect, I feel the benefits. The ingredients in the composition are in good shape.
