Night Caps, 60 Vegetarian Capsules

I have bought this product multiple times already. Must say it works most of the time!

I take at least 2 and then another 2 an hour or so later. Not as strong as what Id like but the ingredients are great

The night capsules have been helping me wind down in the evenings. They're gentle and don't leave me groggy in the morning. Takes a bit of time to feel the full effect though.

did nothing. feels like a waste of money. smell is herbal similar to other supplements, not too strong. but something about the ingredients or the dosage just did not help me at all. no change in ability to fall or stay asleep. won't repurchase.

but seem good quality and good herbs with good dosage so i will let you know

This works amazing! I found it works best taking it an hour or two before bed. I've tried numerous natural products and nothing compares to this.
