We were never big on bread, but we did miss it while keto. This product was a fantastic discovery (and I've tried keto mixes before)! All you need to do is mix the ingredients and pop it in the oven - you don't even need to leave it aside to rise. The taste, the texture and the overall ease of everything is a win for me, and breakfast was fantastic!

We make a loaf at least once a week. The recipe on the box calls for only 3 eggs, but the range-free eggs we get are small, so I use 4. Also, since our oven (Toshiba) only has celsius and goes up 10 degrees at a time, I bake it at 180° for 50 minutes. It never sticks and comes out perfect whenever I use a Silicone Steamer Oval as a baking dish. We love it fresh from the oven, and it also makes great toast the next day. I love using the steamer for baking because after the bread cools, I can simply put the lid on and set it aside.

I wanted an unprocessed bread with no yeast for my health journey and tried this. I'm totally addicted. It's amazing. I toast it with a spread on top. It's doesn't make a loaf the size we are used to with store bought bread but for me it doesn't matter. I'm achieving my healthy diet goals and getting good tasting bread...win win! :) The benefit is, quality, soft, fresh ingredients that makes a loaf you know is fresh. I will buy this again.

Being on low carb diet I wanted clean ingredients for bread. This was nice. Benefit fits my eating program perfectly. The package is good and I think the side is perfect, too, wasn’t too tedious to make either. The recipe was easy to follow, too.

I liked the quality of this product, but what I appreciate the most is that it has good and simple ingredients. The only downside is the quantity — it’s a bit too small for the price.

Taste great and you can add anything you love on top of your flatbreads! Great for quick and easy side dish! :) The texture is definitely different than ''real bread'' but it's a good alternative for those of us who have allergies or simply wants to keep in check carbs intake and not feel bloated! Overall, i love the quality of Simple Mills products! Very few ingredients with the right proportion!

I love all Simple Mills products! This bread mix makes a really tasty loaf. I usually make it more savory by adding rosemary olive oil and garlic to the batter. It is delicious with a nice bowl of soup.
