I’ve tried many gluten-free mixes since I have a gluten intolerance and run my own food blog on Instagram (@alina.nutritio). This bread turned out perfect! So delicious. This quality of the bread is perfect, with a crispy crust and soft inside. And the smell when it comes out of the oven is divine. The size is great, enough for 4 people to eat comfortably.
I found a recipe online for GF cinnamon rolls which uses this mix as it's flour base ( from the Butternut Bakery website). They turned out amazing and my son's girlfriend was so happy to enjoy her 1st cinnamon roll since being GF for 3 years. The rolls even froze well. I ordered several of these mixes from iHerb because they are hard to find locally.
It’s easy to make a bread by the recipe. I put other ingredient which cranberry so i can get benefit for my healthy diet. I love it so much and will make another one!
