This is my favorite multivitamin. I like it because you can shoot it and ensure your body is going to absorb it. The first discovered it and my local health shop a lot of times they’re out of stock. IHerb always comes through and I now subscribe. So I can be sure I don’t run out.
These are a bit pricey, so I always stock up on sale. They give good energy and taste great. If you read the label, there’s just about every vitamin and mineral you could think of. My dietary nutrition is all over the place, so I like to take a multi to cover any deficiencies… at a minimum. I take them as a “vitamin snack”
These are big. The taste pretty good for a chewable multivitamin.

high quality vitamins with minerals and food products like apple pectin, bioflavonoids from fruits and for me, they are chewable and taste delicious. They make other variations that have some different nutritional ingredients but this is my favorite. I forgot to take them one morning and did not be feel quite right all day.
I've been using this for maybe five months and I've noticed overall improvements in my health. I like its ingredients which are way superior to most multis. It tastes good. To make it fit my budget I only chew one a day, making it last two months, but it's high potency so it still is effective, though if you can afford to buy it monthly that's probably preferable. I like some of their other multis even better as they have more in them, but this particular one is the cheapest so I'm using it, yet it's surprisingly health- enhancing just the same. I highly recommend it.
After an extensive search, I finally found this product. The quality is excellent, the quantity is generous, and the ingredients are almost all-inclusive. I use two per day as recommended.
Especially for a chewable, this multi -vitamin is high potency. Source of Life is a whole food ingredient vitamin supplement and one if the best brands you can buy, hands down. Because of the whole food extracts they use, the body can absorp more of the goodness making this of the highest quality. They also make a good tasting powder which can be added to smoothies.
I love these vitamins. Most vitamin pills upset my stomach or sit like lead but these are not bad tasting, easy to chew and give me energy.
