You can tell this is really exceptional quality. I can taste the cinnamon after about 30 minutes, and I get a warm and fuzzy feeling in my body and feel like my circulation is improving. I don’t recommend taking on an empty stomach, it might be uncomfortable because it’s very potent. I’m impressed with Doctor’s Best quality.
