I started to drink Greens First 3 months ago as a healthier way to start my day and I'm very happy with the improvements it has brought so far.. specifically with my hair, which has regained its life and shine! I add half water and half coconut milk for extra deliciousness! Very fond of!!
Why is the ingredients different than in the iHerb description? N the Dietary Fiber suppose to be 3g as mentioned in iHerb, but in the tub that just arrived today, the Dietary Fiber as u can see in my image is only 1g. Even some of the ingredients r different n different in ratio. The quality now is questionable since this brand isn’t honest about their ingredients n ratio. I buy this superfood cuz I wanted High fiber, but it’s only 1g fiber.

This product is new to me as a replacement for a previous vendor which has been discontinued. I add this to my protein drinks for extra nutritional support. The mint flavor is a bit different yet ,I've gotten used to the added sparkle in my drinks.

A bit pricy, but the ingredient is good, most are organic products.
I think I wasn’t used to the Stevia initially. So when I added more water, it was easier to drink. Can imagine blending up with a banana/avocado, some ground flaxseeds, and a bit of frozen fruit for a complete meal replacement.
